QUEENS PARK HOUSE 1

Modern additions to a semi-detached Federation house in leafy Queens Park provide the missing connection between the house and the sunny back yard. Features include a billiard room, improved cross ventilation, a large ensuite and private deck areas. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Waverley Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
