NORTH RANDWICK HOUSE 1

An upper storey was added to the rear of this Federation semi, in a leafy Heritage Conservation area. Internal alterations to the ground floor created a  new open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with easy outdoor access on two sides. Other features include new bathrooms,  walk-in laundry, large storage area, study, carport and a main bedroom with private balcony. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Randwick Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
