This extensive renovation of a terrace house within a Heritage Conservation Area brings the principal indoor living area to the same level as the courtyard. This alignment permits opening of the interior to the yard creating a larger area for a young family’s recreation. A garage with studio overhead has rear lane access. A third floor bedroom is added within the main roof space.  Approval for this renovation was obtained from City of Sydney Council.
