MASCOT HOUSE 1

An extra two bedrooms, a rumpus room and a second bathroom are added to this semi-detached Mascot house. Contemporary acoustic measures suitable for a house under the Sydney Airport flight path are incorporated. Several unsuccessful renovations made over recent decades are replaced. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Botany Bay Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
