MAROUBRA HOUSE 1

This semi-detached home adjoins a neighbouring building which presented a number of design problems. A bay window and roof shape follow its neighbour but provides a more contemporary mix of materials with cedar windows and flat terracotta roof tiles. The building incorporates five bedrooms, two bathrooms and walk in wardrobes. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Randwick Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
