These renovations included internal alterations on a modest budget to create an open plan area. The new kitchen, lounge and dining areas now enjoy sunlight, natural ventilation and garden views. A spacious new bathroom adds to the roomy feeling in this revitalised eastern suburbs home. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Randwick Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. The project was tendered and the building contract administered by Dunn Architects.
