CLOVELLY HOUSE 2

Relocating the kitchen down to the same level as the sunny back yard and swimming pool was the key motivation for this renovation. Many construction defects such as excessively steep steps were also resolved. A multi-level back yard was altered to provide a single large leisure area adjacent to the swimming pool. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Randwick Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
