BASIX CERTIFICATES

A Building Sustainability Index (BASIX) Certificate must accompany most development applications for work valued over $50,000*, new dwellings* or swimming pools over 40,000L*. Dunn Architects can prepare BASIX Certificates for our own designs and those of other designers.
