This fitout provided offices with access to natural light and natural ventilation in what had been showroom space. The existing hardwood floors were retained. Minimum disruption was made to the heritage listed interiors of this significant CBD office building.

Approval for this fitout project was obtained from City of Sydney Council. The project was tendered and the building contracts administered by Dunn Architects.

Acoustically private offices are located beside the historic double hung timber windows. The adjacent corridor provides space for administrative and reception services.

The new partition walls are fitted with borrowed light fixed windows (centre left) against the external wall to maximise natural light and oversight.

The library has ample natural light.

A new kitchen was provide with dining space.

The owners wished to make use of the natural light and ventilation provided by the double hung timber windows in this Federation era CBD office building.
