The following projects are examples of alterations to strata title buildings and common property

Under-utilised space in 1930’s Double Bay garden apartment
An extension at rear of this garden apartment (bottom left) provides an additional bedroom, ensuite and walk in wardrobes
Generous new doorways connect the extension and kitchen to cascading hardwood decks.
The existing building provided open car parking in front but  lacked the security and shelter of a modern entry.
Garages provide vehicle security. A new entry provides  pedestrian security and shelter
Garden terraces and balconies enhance outdoor living
The existing beach-side building does not capitalise upon its sunny northern aspect and sea breezes.
New double doorways onto balconies enable outdoor living, views and improved ventilation. A rooftop addition provides much needed storage space.
Extensions to ground floor apartments provide more space, better access to the large garden and terraces for upper level apartments
