Development management, including feasibility studies, selection/appointment and briefing of consultants, obtaining approvals for $9 million luxury residential development and $4 million townhouse developments, co-ordination and programming of design, documentation and approvals processes.

Construction management, including the obtaining of company builder’s license, trade package tendering, trade contract preparation, awarding contracts, programming, co-ordination of trades and contract administration.

Design, including design and CADD documentation of $2.5 million luxury house and alterations, on-site construction advice/details, obtaining approvals and certification.

Other management responsibilities, including selection and installation of new computer hardware, business software and networking. Preparation of detailed legal brief and evidence for building related litigation. Design and implementation of new contract administration software and related accounting procedures.

Project Manager
Pan Asia International Group Pty. Ltd., Sydney
Development management, including feasibility studies, negotiations with site vendor, financiers, investors and hotel operators, project programming, design input, directing design consultants, preparation and administration of budgets, briefing and managing legal/building/survey consultants and local authority liaison for $70 million mixed use development Cronulla.

Other management responsibilities, including establishment of company procedures and information systems, interviewing and recommending on staff appointments and personnel issues, strategy planning advice on building dispute resolution and restructuring.
